We got all dressed for the elements and headed
outside to shovel. Our reward would be homemade soup and cinnamon rolls
for lunch. Wool gloves, scarf, hat, plastic bags inside shoes, check.
Discovered our neighbor had already done it for us with his snow blower!
Have I mentioned recently what a nice village this is? (Yes, we decided
we get the reward anyway.)
Anyway, it was just a regular storm here in the Capital District (I measured 7.5"), with about a foot in the Catskills. CT & MA got clobbered (2 to 3 feet). Sure is pretty, a cold but bright day. It is supposed to be zero tonight. Luckily, we did not lose power, although I know many folks have.
